Peer-to-peer lender Funding Circle has announced plans to raise £300m through a stock market flotation. Two Reuters journalists have been jailed for seven years after being found guilty of breaking state secrets laws while investigating the massacre of Rohingya Muslims in Myanmar. Fire crews have been battling a large fire at Liverpool’s historic Littlewoods building. A Belfast man has been bitten by a shark as he tried to pull it from the water during a fishing trip.
