As his custom is, LoveWorld President, Reverend (Dr.) Chris Oyakhilome, declared December 2022 to be the ‘Month of Thanksgiving’ at the just concluded Global Communion Service. Pastor Chris admonished the saints to express thanksgivings throughout the month as he expounded the word of the month which remains the customary theme for every December in the LoveWorld nation.
“Even though we give thanks all the time, God expects us to set a time apart as shown in scripture, to thank Him,” the man of God remarked, urging God’s saints to take advantage of the definite days appointed for special annual thanksgivings and express lavish thanksgiving to God for His faithfulness to His people this year, 2022.
He sounded a clarion call to all the saints to treat the thanksgiving services as a priority as they were Spirit-led, and not casually designed or inspired by the law of Moses. “We’d be thanking the Lord throughout the month yet we’ll appoint special days for thanksgiving,” Pastor Chris further highlighted.
