Packages have been dropped through a shaft in a mountainside in the hope of reaching 12 boys and their football coach trapped in a cave in Thailand. European Union leaders have reached an agreement on how to deal with migration after all-night talks in Brussels to overcome Italian demands for more help. BP is to pay £130m to buy Chargemaster, the company behind the UK’s largest network of charging points. At least five people have been killed after a small chartered plane crashed near several apartment blocks in the Indian city of Mumbai. Ambulance staff and first responders sent to a house following a 999 report of a 13-year-old girl having a cardiac arrest have been attacked by people at the property. A team of British divers has joined rescue efforts at a flooded cave in northern Thailand where 12 children and their football coach have been trapped for five days.
