A student has appeared in court after being secretly filmed by her roommates spitting on and spraying glass cleaner over their food. The video shows Hayley King allegedly spitting in multiple containers of food stored in a refrigerator in the off-campus house she shared with two other female students from the University of South Carolina. Columbia Police arrested the 22-year-old for unlawful, malicious tampering with human drug product or food, which could carry a jail sentence of up to 20 years. David Goldberg, who was married to Facebook’s second-in-command, is said to have slipped on a treadmill and hit his head. The husband of one of Facebook’s most senior executives died after hitting his head when he fell off a treadmill, it is believed. David Goldberg was exercising at a Mexican resort when he collapsed, an official familiar with what happened said. Burundi’s President Pierre Nkurunziza can run for a third term, according to the country’s constitutional court. Under the constitution, presidents can only be elected to two terms in office but it was argued that his first term does not count as he was appointed by parliament.
