A good manufacturer is always confident to brag about his product, because he knows the quality of the stuff it’s made of. In the same way , as God’s child, you’re a specially-crafted masterpiece, and God loves to brag about you! He made you so perfect and is so confident that you’ll rise above any challenge that may come your way. This is why He’s not moved by how much trouble the devil throws at you. He’s confident of His product- YOU- and knows you’re capable of handling any situation ( 1 Corinthians 10:13 ). This is the same confidence…
What kind of attitude do you have? Are you a confident person? Or do you shy away from turbulent situations? One of the most inspiring stories in the Bible is that of three Hebrew boys Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego. The government of their day gave a decree that everyone must bow to an idol made in the image of the king. But these three guys refused to bow because they believed in the only true God. The king became furious and ordered that they should be thrown into a burning furnace if they wouldn’t bow. But Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego…
Britain’s manufacturers managed to nudge up their production in the past three months and they are optimistic that domestic and overseas demand will improve, according to an industry survey. The business lobby group CBI said its quarterly survey of factory bosses found that more reported a rise in output than a fall in the three months to April, marking the strongest performance since last July for the sector. But while the 472 manufacturers surveyed were upbeat about future demand, the past three months had been tough, with export orders falling again. Looking to the year ahead, manufacturers’ plans for investment in…

It is understood that around 100,000 customers will receive the money in their accounts, with sums averaging at £50-£150. OFGEM said customer service issues had resulted in more than one million complaints between June 2013 and December 2015.
The European Union’s investment arm is to lend Britain 1 billion pounds to help build more social housing, it said on Monday, its largest ever support for such programmes within Europe. The European Investment Bank [EIB.UL] denied an accusation by campaigners wanting Britons to vote to leave the EU in the national referendum in June that it was seeking to influence the vote The EIB, which lent a record 5.6 billion pounds for investment in 40 projects in Britain last year, said the timing of the announcement was not linked to the referendum and that it took months for decisions to…
Shouts of victory rent the air as many received their healing yesterday at the fourth Healing Service of the Healing School Autumn Session in Johannesburg, South Africa. Blind eyes opened, deaf ears unstopped, the lame walked; evil spirits, cancer, HIV and all manner of diseases departed as we ministered the healing power of God to the sick; many also came forward to receive salvation in Christ. We’re grateful to the Lord for His loving kindness, mercy and abundant grace. Thanks to all our Healing School partners around the world, who gave to make it possible for so many to receive healing…
Shares of consumer electronics giant Sony closed down 6% in Monday trade. The company announced late last Friday that it would postpone its earnings release date to next month. The delay was due to uncertainty over the supply chain from two earthquakes which recently hit southwest Japan. Sony was initially scheduled to release its earnings this week. Traders in Japan were also cautious ahead of an important Bank of Japan meeting where the lender might decide on more monetary easing. The country’s central bank will on Thursday decide on its interest rate which currently is negative as an attempt to…
Mobile phone operator EE is aiming to bring 4G to 95% of the UK landmass by 2020 as well as relocating its customer services to the UK and Ireland. In 2015, the firm was fined £1m ($1.4m) by communications watchdog Ofcom over customer service failings. The network will also switch on high-speed 4G in the Shetland Islands and the Isles of Scilly this week. Currently, 4G coverage is measured as a percentage of the population rather than geographically. That means mobile networks typically focus on areas where lots of people live rather than extending geographical reach of their services.
High Street retailer BHS is to file for administration on Monday, threatening almost 11,000 jobs. Talks with Sports Direct to sell some of BHS’s 164 stores collapsed over the weekend, and it is understood any buyer would do so only if it did not have to take on the £571m pension deficit. Last year, Retail Acquisitions, a consortium of financiers led by Mr Chappell, bought BHS from the retail entrepreneur Sir Philip Green for £1. At the time, Retail Acquisitions said they would deliver £160m of funding to help turn around the fortunes of the chain, but have not been able…
Health Secretary Jeremy Hunt has claimed this week’s 48-hour strike by junior doctors represents an “unacceptable” risk to patients.Mr Hunt also appealed to the British Medical Association (BMA) to call off the strike in England, which will cause the withdrawal of the majority of NHS services, and meet him. On Saturday, a cross-party group of MPs urged Mr Hunt to trial the contested new work contract in a small number of trusts rather than impose it widely without the support of the BMA. But Mr Hunt has insisted the contract was already being rolled out slowly. The all-out strike is…
