UK’S SUNAK MEETS WITH SAUDI CROWN PRINCE IN RIYADH – Sunak’s visit demonstrates Western support for the war against Hamas militants
Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman stressed to Prime Minister Rishi Sunak that the kingdom considered targeting civilians in Gaza “a heinous crime and a brutal attack,”. Mohammed bin Salman met with Sunak in Riyadh.
Israel retaliated against Gaza with more air strikes on Thursday over the October 7th rampage by Hamas gunmen who killed 1,400 Israelis.
The Prime Minister Rishi Sunak followed U.S. President Joe Biden with a visit to Israel earlier, to demonstrate Western support for the war against Hamas militants.
Israel’s counter-offensive put the Gaza Strip’s 2.3 million people under siege and bombarded the enclave in strikes
