TRUMP CALLS BIDEN’S JAN 6 PARDONS VOID – Trump said that former U.S. President Biden signed off on the Jan 6 Committee pardons with “an autopen”

U.S. President Donald Trump said that former U.S. President Joe Biden signed off on the January 6 Committee pardons with an autopen and said for that reason they should be voided.

In his final moments as U.S. President, Biden granted pardons to Dr. Anthony Fauci, Gen. Mark Milley, and members of the House committee investigating the January 6 attack. These preemptive pardons came as he sought to protect those individuals from potential retribution by the incoming Trump administration.

When asked by reporters on Air Force One during a late flight back to the Washington area from Florida if he thinks those pardons are now null and void, he said: “It’s not my decision. But I would say that they’re null and void because I’m sure Biden didn’t have any idea that it was taking place.”
