Flights from London’s Heathrow airport were halted on Tuesday after the airport said there had been sightings of a drone near Europe’s busiest air hub. “We are responding to a drone sighting at Heathrow,” the airport said. “As a precautionary measure, we have stopped departures while we investigate. New car sales fell by nearly 7% last year in the biggest annual drop since 2008, according to industry figures. A slump in demand for diesel, stricter emissions rules, and falling consumer confidence ahead of Brexit were blamed for the decline. NHS bosses in England say a new 10-year plan could save up to 500,000 lives by focusing on prevention and GPs, mental health and community care will get the biggest funding increases. Honduras’ President Juan Orlando Hernandez, met with Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu over a possible embassy move for the Central American nation to Jerusalem.
