An Afghan court has passed a landmark judgement, using DNA evidence to convict a man for the multiple rape of his daughter. The victim who cannot be named to protect her safety, was abused for more than 10 years, bearing two children. A solar-powered plane is making its second bid at a record-breaking flight across the Pacific Ocean. Solar Impulse took off from Nagoya Airfield in Japan at 18:03 GMT on Sunday and is scheduled to land in Hawaii in approximately 120 hours. The gunman who killed 38 at a beach near the Tunisian city of Sousse had help in carrying out the attack, officials say. Interior ministry spokesman Mohamed Ali Aroui said authorities were “sure” that Seifeddine Rezgui had had accomplices. EU leaders holding late-night talks in Brussels have agreed to relocate tens of thousands of migrants who have arrived in Italy and Greece. Summit chairman Donald Tusk said 40,000 would be relocated to other EU states over the next two years. However, there will be no mandatory quotas for each country.
