NASA astronauts Nick Hague and Christina Hammock Koch, and Alexey Ovchinin of the Russian space agency Roscosmos, arrived aboard a Soyuz spacecraft for a mission to the International Space Station. The crew had left via a Russian-made Soyuz rocket from the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan earlier in the day. Boeing has grounded its entire global fleet of 737 Max aircraft after investigators uncovered new evidence at the scene of the fatal Ethiopian Airlines crash. The US plane-maker said it would suspend all 371 of the aircraft.
