STARMER IS SET TO VISIT THE WHITE HOUSE NEXT WEEK – Trump to host France’s Macron next week Monday
White House spokeswoman Karoline Leavitt has announced that Prime Minister Keir Starmer is set to visit the White House next week.
Starmer is expected to travel to Washington, D.C. next week for his first official meeting with the U.S. President since Trump resumed office in November.
No.10 Downing Street has confirmed Starmer’s visit. A spokesperson for Starmer said, “There’s going to be a wide range of issues that we’ll be working on with the new U.S. administration.” He also stated that Starmer is looking forward to meeting with President Trump to strengthen the UK’s relationship in trade, investment, and security. President Trump is also set to host French President Emmanuel Macron on Monday next week.
