A British woman has died after a banana boat accident while on a family holiday in Hurghada, Egypt.
The woman, who has not been named, was in the same resort town as John and Susan Cooper, who died in strange circumstances in their hotel room, and had also travelled with Thomas Cook.
The holiday company has since stopped selling the boat excursion.
A Thomas Cook spokesman said: “We can confirm that one of our customers sadly died last week while on an excursion in Egypt.
“We would like to offer our sincere condolences to the family, and our welfare team continue to do all they can to support them at this time.
“We are urgently investigating what happened.”
According to The Sun, the woman died in front of her daughter, having been flipped from the boat, and was left trapped underneath.
She was taken back to shore, where medics performed CPR before she died.
It comes as the bodies of the Coopers are to be repatriated, while the investigation into their deaths continues.

Their daughter Kelly Omerod claimed there was “something suspicious” about the deaths and said her parents were in “perfect health” before falling ill.
The Foreign Office confirmed it is assisting the family of the woman who died on 28 August.
